So many wonderful books…never enough time to read them all! Every now and then, however, I steal a bit of time and indulge myself, as I did with Rita Gerlach’s Before the Scarlet Dawn, book one in her Daughters of the Potomac Series from Abingdon Press. It was wonderful–so much so that I immediately downloaded book two of the series, Beside Two Rivers, which turned out to be every bit as good as book one. Now I’m counting the days until book three releases in February! Meanwhile, here’s a bit of into about the most recent release in the series, Beside Two Rivers.
